Disputes over property can present a complex mix of legal, financial, practical and personal factors.
Our property litigators act for landowners, landlords and tenants in residential, commercial and agricultural property cases at all levels from the county and High Courts, up to the Court of Appeal. We also work with property management companies, professional investors and private individuals.
Our specialist property litigation experience and expertise includes:
- Boundary and land disputes, right of way and right of light actions, restrictive covenants, adverse possession and estoppel claims, and party wall disputes
- Removing trespassers, and obtaining injunctions under the Protection from Harassment Act
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes: dilapidation claims, lease renewals, rent claims and termination of leases (including forfeiture proceedings)
- Residential landlord and tenant disputes: possession proceedings, rent arrears, breach of covenant and disrepair claims
