Karl is a Partner in the Residential Property Department. He is also COLP (Compliance officer for legal practice) and the Head of Client Service and is responsible for monitoring service levels across the firm and for ensuring that the firm continues to offer leading client service. Karl is based at the firm’s Midhurst office.
Karl specialises in residential conveyancing, dealing with all aspects of property sales and purchases, including shared ownership and purchases of new builds and conversions, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Karl studied at the University of Southampton, where he obtained an LLB in Law. Karl joined MacDonald Oates as a trainee in 2005. He was admitted as a solicitor in September 2007. Karl was appointed as an Associate in July 2013 and made Partner in July 2015.
In his spare time Karl teaches karate and enjoys cycling and skiing.
