Claire is a Chartered Legal Executive in the firm’s Residential Property Department.
Claire specialises in residential conveyancing, dealing with all aspects of Freehold and Leasehold property sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity.
Claire studied whilst working at a law firm, qualifying as a CILEx Executive in 2020 specialising in Land law and Conveyancing. She joined MacDonald Oates in 2022 with eight years conveyancing experience and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2024.
Claire enjoys spending time with her family, including walks along the beach or through the woods and also enjoys travelling.
