We can also advise on the creation of trusts and how they can be used to minimise Inheritance Tax and to protect assets.

We can also advise and assist with the creation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection. Our team also acts as attorneys and court-appointed deputies for clients.
