Ben is a Partner and Head of Wills, Probate & Trusts Department.
Ben advises on wills, probate, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Inheritance Tax and elderly client matters.
Ben graduated from Royal Holloway University of London with a degree in History and Politics. He subsequently passed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law with commendation and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, both at the College of Law, London.
Ben qualified as a solicitor in 2006.
Ben is a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a full accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
Ben devotes most of his time to his young family.
