Melissa is a Partner in the firm’s Residential Property team based in the Petersfield office.
Residential property including freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, lease variations, lease extensions, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Melissa trained at Lawcomm Solicitors before moving to Shentons Solicitors and Mediators in 2013, joining MacDonald Oates in March 2015, becoming Partner in 2022.
In her spare time Melissa enjoys travelling, painting and cycling.
