Emily is Partner and Head of the Family Law Department,  based at our Petersfield office.

Emily has a particular focus on finances for mid-high net worth clients with a range of assets, including businesses and property portfolios.

As a member of Resolution, Emily is committed to adopting a non-confrontational approach to resolving issues. She often supports clients in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes out of court, such as mediation, arbitration and private hearings.

Emily studied Law at the University of Exeter and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law (now known as The University of Law).

Emily then trained as a solicitor and practiced for a number of years in Surrey before joining MacDonald Oates in 2014.

In her spare time Emily enjoys travelling, reading and cooking.
