Charles Wakefield is an Associate in the firm’s Residential Property Department. He is based at the firm`s Midhurst office.

Charles specialises in residential conveyancing and deals with all residential property matters including sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Charles gained a LLB Honours degree from Southampton Institute of Higher Education before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law Guildford. Charles qualified as a Licenced Conveyancer before cross qualifying with the SRA and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2010. Charles previously operated a successful practice from his Hayling Island office for 16 years.

Outside of work,  Charles enjoys travelling, attending vintage car and scooter rallies and playing tennis and padel.
