Charmaine Dudman is an Associate Solicitor in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department.

Charmaine has substantial experience that enables her to ensure her clients’ corporate transactions proceed smoothly and their commercial requirements are met efficiently.

Charmaine works with small to medium businesses (sole traders, partnerships, LLPs or private limited companies) who are looking to grow, restructure or are at the stage where they wish to step down or sell their business. Charmaine can also assist her clients with commercial documentation governed by the laws of England and Wales having had considerable experience assisting clients from a wide range of different industries to include IT, and manufacturing.

Charmaine qualified in 2013 with RHW Solicitors in Guildford and has since worked at other regional firms such as ASB Law LLP, Wheelers LLP and Downs Solicitors LLP.  Charmaine joined MacDonald Oates in January and looks forward to assisting businesses with their corporate and commercial legal needs.

Charmaine is currently studying a Masters in Intellectual Property Rights with the University of London and spends the remainder of her time with her family enjoying the South Downs and the South Coast having recently moved to Petersfield, Hampshire from Surrey.
