Disputes over property can present a complex mix of legal, financial, practical and personal factors. Our property litigators act for landowners, landlords and tenants in residential, commercial and agricultural property cases at all levels and have experience of acting in cases from the County and High Courts, the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and up to the Court of Appeal.
