Elise is a Solicitor in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Elise has experience dealing with a range of contested trust and probate matters including will disputes, inheritance act disputes, trustee and executor disputes, professional negligence and proprietary estopple.
Elise also assists clients with various property litigation matters including, ownership and boundary disputes, residential landlord and tenant disputes and professional negligence.
Elise has spent several years working and gaining a wealth of experience as a secretary and paralegal at local firms including Burley Geach Solicitors and Blake Morgan. Elise then joined TWM Solicitors as a trainee in Guildford before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2023 and joining Hugh James in London. Elise joined the team in 2025.
Outside of work, Elise enjoys cycling with family and friends or anything crafty.
