Dan is a Solicitor in the firm’s Wills, Probate and Trust Department.
Dan assists clients with all aspects of private client work, including the drafting of Wills, the administration of estates, and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Dan trained and qualified at MacDonald Oates, where he worked from 2015 to 2018, and again from 2020 to 2023. Most recently, before returning to MacDonald Oates, Dan was Head of Success at a London-based Alternative Legal Services Provider. He now specialises in Wills, Probate and Trusts, and sees clients at both the Petersfield and Midhurst offices.
Outside of work, Dan is a fan of all sports, all foods, and loves being by the sea!
